ASSAM PEDAS (RED CHILLI SPICY GRAVY)


This "Sour, Hot & Spicy" dish is usually cooked with fish. A classic Malaysian dish, it can now be prepared simply with DESSA "ASSAM PEDAS " PASTE for that authentic home taste.  

Ingredients :
Onion, Curry Powder, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Tamarind, Garlic, Mixed Spice, Salt & Curry Leaves.

Prepare in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Heat pot with cooking oil. Mix "ASSAM PEDAS" PASTE and 800 ml to 1 litre water.
  2. Cook lightly then add in fish of your choice.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer .

    Serving :
    Rice or bread .
